“Unparalleled customer experience, from start to finish. So, I’m weirdly sad that it’s finished! From the administration down to the movers, waving goodbye…this experience contradicts every stressful thing you think a move is going to be! Andrew and Sam arrived at both places before I did. And, the only one stressing about it was me. I have this theory…I don’t want to be treated like a rockstar (too much fawning and artificiality); I don’t want to be treated like immediate family (who wants to be taken for granted?); I want to be treated like distant, favorite cousin. I am always looking for a comfortable, familiar experience, where both parties are fannishly separate, but also affectionate. I think that means that I’ve adopted Sam and Andrew! They make me want to move, again!
This company is friendly AND efficient. They are warm and welcoming, but skimp on nothing regarding customer service. Add to that, the total bill came in BELOW the bottom end of the quote. Even with a well-deserved, healthy tip, my cost was 1/2 what someone else quoted me.
